All full time employees are eligible to participate in the plan.
- After 6 months of service, C&D Production Specialist will match a percentage of deferrals.
- Open enrollment will be held quarterly.
- Employees are provided with an 800 number which can be used to access to their account for transfers and balance checks.
- After 2 years of service the employee will be 100% vested in the program (provided at least 1000 hours are worked each year).
