Cafeteria Plan

This benefit allows you to pay for benefit premiums before taxes. These taxes are eliminated and not deferred. All federal, state and FICA taxes are eliminated.
Disability Insurance
This insurance provides coverage for off-the-job injury and illness. Coverage begins on the first day of disability due to injury, and the eighth day of disability due to illness. Our Short–Term disability pays for thirteen weeks with a weekly maximum and Long–Term disability pays approximately to the age of 65.

Vision Insurance

This insurance is available to all full-time employees. The premiums are dependent upon the plan.
