- Personal Interviews
- Skill-specific Competency Exams (These exams are designed to test the working knowledge and experience of skilled employees)
- References and work history evaluations
- HireCheck, Inc. background evaluations
- D.O.T. drug and alcohol screens and background inquiries
- Job-specific Physical Agility Exams (These agility exams are designed to test the individuals for job specific requirements and abilities)
- DMV records check (when applicable)
