Employee Selection

C&D Production Specialist employees are hired based on the completion of the following company and industry-wide requirements:

  • Personal Interviews
  • Skill-specific Competency Exams (These exams are designed to test the working knowledge and experience of skilled employees)
  • References and work history evaluations
  • HireCheck, Inc. background evaluations
  • D.O.T. drug and alcohol screens and background inquiries
  • Job-specific Physical Agility Exams (These agility exams are designed to test the individuals for job specific requirements and abilities)
  • DMV records check (when applicable)
