PIOGA 2011

C&D Production Specialist were exhibitors at PIOGA's 2011 Eastern Oil & Gas Conference & Trade Show. The trade show was held at the Monroeville Convention Center in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. Jeff Dillon and Josh Malloy, from our PA Branch office, were on hand along with Herbie Kimble and Rick Duet from our corporate office in Cut Off, LA to man the C&D Production booth. The two-day event included oil & gas related vendors from all over the country and the northeast region.

Herbie Kimble, Business Development Manager for C&D Production, said this about PIOGA 2011, "It was a particularly interesting trade show this year, because you are literally seeing the culture of oil & gas develop in a region that is not familiar with this business over a long period of time, like we are in South Louisiana. The opportunities to create new partnerships, new business opportunities and to educate new-comers to our industry is extremely exciting."

Safety - Make it Personal in 2011!

At C&D Production Specialist Company, our philosophy is simple: Our employees are our most important assets and safety is our most important service. It is our belief that everyone has the right and responsibility to honor this core value at all times regardless of any circumstance. In order to ensure that our expectations and performance goals are met consistently, we utilize our Health, Safety and Environmental Management System as the center of operations. The use of this quality system enables us to assess, implement and evaluate all areas of our current activities as well as setting future HS&E benchmarks.

In order to continue C&D Production's longtime commitment to safety, we've created a new program for 2011, "Safety - Make it Personal." This program began in January with C&D Production personnel signing a contract, agreeing to commit to the C&D Production company-wide goal of ZERO HS&E incidents in 2011. The employee agrees to making safety personal by:

• Having a positive attitude;
• Understanding that my contribution is important to the success of C&D Productions Specialist;
• Relentlessly perusing no harm to people and no significant incidents; and
• Understanding that safety is a deeply held value, that manifests itself in honesty, integrity, and respect for people.
  

The C&D Production employees also commit to:

• To being a self-directed safety leader;
• To going home better educated and better prepared to do my job; and
• To mitigate any hazards to which I may be exposed.

This contract agreement is the first phase of a multi-part initiative that will continued to be implemented by C&D Production Specialist in the coming years, because we truly believe... "Our employees are our most important assets and safety is our most important service."
